Add an additional 0.7 - 1.2 cm (0.28 - 0.5 inches) to the total length to allow for enough wiggle room, and compare these measurements to the insole length to find the ideal size. If you're between two sizes, it's recommended to choose the larger size. Insoles can also be used to fine-tune the fit, and removing the insole from a shoe that feels too tight can help create more space.
